So I have some DLC on my 360 for a game that I want to redownload on somebody else's console, after I've downloaded my profile, of course. I've got two questions: 1. This DLC isn't available anymore. It was removed from the store ages ago. Would I still be able to redownload it in my 360 Download History? 2.

Owners of these titles will still be able to play these games indefinitely, however, certain online features and experiences, particularly online matchmaking, will be limited or disabled.

I did it on Xbox one as well. Edit: So this is how I just did it: So after the DLC's were purchased I pressed start on FO3 and went to "Manage games and add-ons. Then I pressed start again on FO3 and it brought me to the internal part of the game. I pressed download on all of the DLC's and hit "Save Changes".
The in-game stores are down, but you can still buy stuff through the PS Store! Also, unlike on Xbox, if you buy the DLC through RB4 (not any of the RB4 and up DLC though, of course, just the old stuff), it gives you access to it on RB3
