Dont worry, 19" are ok for you. Car looks more sporty with them. Base size for mazda 6 gj is 225/45/19, but i've replaced with 235/45/19. And they is pretty ok, car is a little bit higher but overall - more softly. Replaced rims specs are 19'', 114.3*5, ET45, Or you can use 18" rims, with 225/50/18 or 235/50/18 tires.

Going over them fast is harsh, rough, going to tear the suspension up soon. Currently have the oem 225/45-19 Dunlops that are hitting the tread bars and need replacing. I want to go with a 225/ 55 or 65 tire to get the bottom of car further away from the asphalt, but not sure if that tire size will rub? Anyone here have any info on the subject?
