I feel like it's helpful for people to share what they have learned because there's no official guide out there that tells you this stuff. On foot I have great success leading with a shield bash, like how in boxing you fight behind your jab. Shield bash -> overhead stab then turtle up and circle is a very effective method, even against sword and board because they'll try to come in close and stuff your stabs and you just punch em in the fucking face and then stab them in the neck.

Being a Bandit King is some of the funnest gameplay i've had in Mount and Blade. Bannerlord. The fact that my Forest Bandits and Highwaymen do MASSIVE damage and is actually a viable strategy to stack them has made this game so fun while waiting for Disciplinarian.
